Executive Summary: In this project, I and the team conducted an in-depth data exploration of terrorism phenomena in Asia using the Global Terrorism Database. Our primary focus was transforming complex raw data into an easily understandable visual narrative to identify attack patterns over the past 38 years.
The main objective of this visualization is to map the geographical distribution of attacks, analyze fluctuations in the number of casualties, and identify the most frequently used weapon types, in order to provide a clear historical overview of security stability in Asia.

This project proves that data visualization is a powerful tool for understanding sensitive global issues. With the right graphics, hidden patterns within terrorism data can be revealed to assist policymakers in conducting future risk assessments.
